Police are seeking the public’s assistance locating a 29-year-old Victoria man who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for not returning to a community residential facility.
Dillan Cote is described as a Caucasian man, standing 5’8” tall and weighing around 135 pounds.
Cote has brown hair, blue eyes and has several unique and distinct tattoos. One notable tattoo is a grim reaper on his left forearm along with the words “loyalty, honour, respect” on his right forearm.
Police ask that anyone who sees Dillan Cote, call 911.
