VicPD are asking for the public’s assistance locating a 27-year-old man from Victoria who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for not returning to a community residential facility.
Franklin Cook is on parole and part of his conditions is that he resides in a community residential facility which is meant to bridge the gap between prison and civilian life after time has been served.
Police describe Cook as an Indigenous man standing 5’5” tall, weighing around 200 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair and he often has a moustache or goatee.
Police advise that anyone who sees Franklin Cook, call 911.
