The family of 31-year-old Robert Clark are frantically searching for him after he mysteriously disappeared from the Duncan area over the weekend.
Concerns are growing as loved ones fear he may be hurt or injured. He was last seen on Friday, July 7th.
According to his family, Clark had been at home on Saturday, July 8th, before venturing out, presumably for a fishing trip.
Initially, his last known location tracked through his Google account placed him on Cowichan Lake Road in Duncan at 12:17 p.m. on Saturday.
However, the family now say his last known location was at Pachidah Road and Deering Road intersection, just past Deering Bridge out towards Port Renfrew
It is believed that he was en route to Port Renfrew via Lake Cowichan. Clark was driving a grey 2007 Volkswagen Jetta with the license plate HF2 66W.
“We are extremely worried about Rob and desperately want him to come home safely,” expressed a family member. “This is completely out of character for him, and we fear that he may be lost, hurt, or injured.”
Clark, described as a 6-foot-tall man weighing approximately 175 pounds.
A Facebook group has been started to aid in the search for Clark.
Anyone with information, or saw Rob or his vehicle since Saturday, are asked to call Duncan RCMP at 250-748-5522.
