Safety concerns have been raised for a Nanaimo woman which has prompted RCMP to seek details on her identity.
Police released a brief statement Monday along with a photo of a woman.
“It has been brought to the attention of the police that there may be some concern for her safety and currently she cannot be located,” said Gary O’Brien.
Victoria Buzz reached out to RCMP for more details, however, O’Brien said no further details could be released regarding the safety issues.
We followed up seeking information on where the photo originated and while those details could not be shared, O’Brien said the photo was taken recently.
Police described the woman as Caucasian and in her early 20’s. She has a slim build and blonde/white hair.
