Is anyone else fangirling?—because we are!
Perhaps you’re lucky enough to have caught the wonderful Paris Hilton’s DJ set at the 2023 Rifflandia Festival, but did you know she stayed right in downtown Victoria?
Sources have confirmed that Paris stayed in Victoria’s very own DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels and Suites on Friday, September 8th before her Saturday morning flight to Tokyo.
Known for being powerful, fabulous, and wealthy, there can only be the best for such a woman—and the hotel staff were more than happy to provide.
She stayed in the 1701 Penthouse Suite—which goes for $1,500 a night! It’s complete with a luxurious marble bathtub, a separate living area with a grand fireplace, convenience kitchen/bar area, incredible views of downtown Victoria, Olympic Mountain Range, and the Salish Sea.
There were flowers brought up to her room, local Dahlias potted in a large shell with beautiful and delicate accents and designed by florist Julie Remy with Fleuris Studio.
Paris is said to have favoured the Mojitos from the Humboldt Bar and enjoyed a dinner service from the comforts of her plush suite.
“Our Team Members were very excited to have her stay with us,” said Andrew Glass, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Mairet Hotels.
“She was SUPER nice, friendly and approachable. She posed for pictures and took selfies with many of our [staff]!”
During her show, she thanked everyone for their hospitality and kindness, promising to return one day!
