Calling all creatives!

For those of you who’ve struggled with maintaining drive, work-life balance, and inspiration for creative projects, this is for you.

Songwriter, music producer, and artist Stefani Fryzel (aka DYLN) is launching her new book, Self-Care for the Creatives at Russell Books on November 2nd from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

As described, it’s an intuitive and practical how-to survival guide geared towards helping artists live an empowered life in a creative field!

In this guide, Stefani Fryzel offers seven chapters of self-care strategies and techniques for all creative people who live outside-of-the-box lifestyles in music, art, and entertainment.

“I wrote Self-Care for the Creative to inspire and inform creatives, empaths and highly sensitive people of their gift of sensitivity, show them what’s required to nurture it, and provide strategies and techniques for an artist’s lifestyle,” said Fryzel.

Fryzel hopes that by the end of Self-Care for the Creative, her readers will have “a self-care plan of attack, the tools and techniques for when disaster strikes, and the skills to overcome any self-care emergency.”

And as someone who has spent two decades in the music industry, has been nominated for two Canadian Radio Music Awards, a Western Canadian Music Award, been featured on the Billboard Chart for Emerging Artists at #5, and much more—she knows a thing or two about maintaining drive and setting goals!

So join Fryzel and the Russell’s crew for a book talk, a potential special guest appearance (to be confirmed), and a meet-and-greet/book signing.

This event is free to attend and no registration is required—just bring your willingness to learn and passion for all things creativity.

To participate in the book signing, you’ll have to purchase a copy at the event.
