Yes, you read that right!

Downtown Victoria Business Association (DVBA), the Bay Centre, and Robbins Parking have joined forces to allow for two days of free parking in multiple parkades and parking lots.

Whether you’re heading downtown for some holiday shopping or are hoping to grab a bite to eat, on Saturday, November 18th and Saturday, November 25th you won’t have to worry about parking costs!

“Robbins Parking is very proud to be part of this event. We love to see people come and experience Victoria’s beautiful and vibrant downtown and enjoy all the wonderful things it has to offer,” said Mo Jess, Vice President of Robbins Parking.

Robbins Parking will be covering the cost of their parkades and lots, the DVBA is doing the same with their parkades, and the Bay Centre will also be covering the cost of their parkade.

The following parkades are included in the promotion:

City of Victoria Parkades:

  • Broughton Street
  • Yates Street
  • Johnson Street
  • View Street

Robbins Lots/Parkades:

  • The Bay Centre
  • Broughton Square
  • Sussex Place
  • Harbour Centre

“The DVBA is pleased to partner with Robbins and work with the City of Victoria to provide free parking for people to come downtown and experience our unique retailers and food and beverage businesses,” said DVBA CEO, Jeff Bray.

With November 25th being the day after Black Friday, the groups hope this special deal will encourage Victorians to shop local on these popular days leading up to the holidays.

Enjoy your shopping days without the extra cost of parking!
