For both Victoria residents and visitors alike, the magic of Christmas has reached the Fairmont Empress with a variety of holiday themed experiences for your next outing.
So, whether you’re seeking a romantic evening, a memorable family gathering, or a festive experience to cherish with friends or colleagues from the office, there is bound to be something for everyone.
Included in their offerings is the ‘Festive Sunset Sips’—an extension of their pre-existing Sunset Sips, in which guests are invited to elevate their night out with a series of holiday-themed cocktails served in teapots.
And speaking of teapots, their traditional Afternoon Tea will be introducing holiday-inspired tea blends expertly paired with sweet and savoury delights!
The famous Q Bar is set to serve a mixture of holiday lunches and cocktails that are promised to “tantalize your taste buds.”
The lunches are specially designed for small gatherings and office parties from December 11th to 15th between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. You can find out more and book your own holiday lunch here.
Also offered through reservations, is their Christmas Eve Dinner in the Q Bar on December 24th from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., priced at $229 per ticket—which includes a delicious four course set menu dinner, with an optional wine pairing.
Christmas Day brings their beloved buffet in the Crystal Ballroom with chef attended carving stations, seafood, and classic Christmas dishes.
Seatings are available at 12 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 5 p.m. and prepaid reservations are required for parties from two to 12 people.
Can’t make it to the Empress for dinners but don’t want to cook? No problem! Their culinary experts have prepared a mouth-watering turkey dinner that can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.
It’s called the Turkey To Go package and includes a whole herb brined & slow roasted free run turkey, sourdough-sage stuffing, creamy mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, maple roasted roots, brussels sprouts with double smoked bacon and confit onion, rich turkey gravy, house made cranberry-apple chutney and dinner rolls!
It comes with all the trimmings, ensuring a hassle-free and delicious holiday feast!
It feeds up to 10 people and is priced at $599—order it anytime before 12 p.m. on December 20th to secure your meal, and pickup between December 24th or 25th between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.
