It’s the start of another new week and we’re already heading to the half way mark of February.
Whether you’re looking to do a good deed such as donate blood or make Valentine’s cards, there’s something for everyone, including testing out delicious hot chocolates around the city!

Love is in the air, and in the forest, and ocean and all around us! Make fun Valentine’s cards for someone special using animal love puns and learn how different animals court. Join RBCM on the 2nd floor. Included with admission or membership.

In case you haven’t had the chance to indulge in the hot chocolate craze happening in Victoria right now, there’s still time!
The Hot Chocolate Festival kicked off on January 20th and will be running until February 20th—so you have plenty of opportunities to check out the masterful hot chocolate creations around town.
The participating local businesses will be putting the money raised towards the BC SPCA Victoria Community Animal Centre!
Participating locations include popular hotspots like the Fairmont Empress, Chocolate & Co, Pure Lovin’, Shirley Delicious, and more.

If you’re ready to show your talent to an encouraging and enthusiastic audience, Gigi’s may just be the place for you!
They offer acoustic open mic nights on Mondays and would love to have you—bring your own instrument or borrow their acoustic guitar or keyboard.
Prepare two to three songs and present your skills! Sign up starts at 6 p.m. This event is free to attend.
