‘Tour of the setting sum’: Sum 41 to bring farewell tour tour to Victoria

Live Nation has announced the dates for Grammy-nominated band Sum 41’s official Canadian leg of their final world tour titled, ‘Tour Of The Setting Sum.’

This tour will celebrate the upcoming release of their final album Heaven :x: Hell—which is being dubbed their most ambitious album yet with Heaven containing 10 tracks of high energy pop punk and Hell consisting of 10 heavy metal anthems!

Heaven :x: Hell is a testament to their famous sound and unmatched skill, solidifying them as pioneers in pop-punk and metal 27 years after their inception.

They’ll be taking over the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre arena on January 10th, 2025, so you’ve got plenty of time to come up with the best punk outfit possible. 

Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, March 28th at 10 a.m. and will be available to purchase on the Sum 41 website

Sum 41 is a Canadian band from Ontario and formed in 1996, their debut album All Killer No Filler achieving mainstream success with first single “Fat Lip,” which reached number one on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks.

The band went on to perform more than 100 times a year, holding long global tours. They were nominated for seven Juno Awards and won “Group of the Year” in 2003 and “Rock Album of the Year” for Chuck in 2005.

Sum 41 was also nominated for a Grammy Award for “Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance for song “Blood in My Eyes.” 

From their formation in 1996 to 2016, they were the 31st best-selling Canadian artist in Canada and are still held in the hearts of fans around the world.
