Baseball legend Manny Ramirez to throw first pitch at today’s Victoria HarbourCats game

Baseball legend Manny Ramirez will throw the ceremonial first pitch at today’s Victoria HarbourCats game against Nanaimo Nightowls at Royal Athletic Park.
