The Victoria Harbourcats’ season is well underway on the road, and with the team slated to return home for their first home game, they have released a list of theme nights.
The team has played five games on the road with one more slated for tonight before returning home on Friday for the home opener against Wenatchee.
As of this publication, the team has secured three wins in five games.
Ahead of their return home, the Harbourcats’ released their list of themed nights which includes three nights of fireworks, starting with this Saturday, June 8th.
For more than a decade now, Wilson’s Group Stadium at Royal Athletic Park has been home to some fun and wacky promotions throughout the summer, and this year is no different.
This season, the HarbourCats will host 32 home games, starting on Friday, June 7th, at 6:35 pm against Wenatchee.
The first Saturday home game of the season, on June 8th, will feature the first of four always-popular fireworks nights, also scheduled for June 30th (Canada Day), July 13th, and August 5th (BC Day).
Similar to the Victoria Royals, one of the HarbourCats games will be giving away tickets to the Taylor Swift concert at BC Place in Vancouver later this year.
Anyone who attends any game between June 25th-28th will have a chance to win tickets to her December show—a winner will be drawn on June 28th.
Also mark your calendar for July 7th, as the team celebrates Harvey the HarbourCat’s birthday during the afternoon game.
And back by popular demand, on July 10th, one lucky fan will win an extensive funeral package—cause you never know right!
