In collaboration with Victoria Pedal Tours and the Sticky Wicket, Beacon Community Services is thrilled to launch the 1st Annual Beacon Pedal Tour in support of youth homelessness prevention in Victoria.
All you have to do is gather your colleagues, hop on a 14-person bike, and ride through the scenic streets of Victoria.
Before and/or after your ride, head to the Sticky Wicket in the Games Room for appetizers, games, networking, and fun.

Support Youth Homelessness Prevention in Victoria
Everyone deserves a stable and secure living situation. Whether youth are seeking supportive housing options or preventative services, Beacon is here to help.
Their comprehensive programs cater to diverse needs and offer a path towards stability, regardless of the challenges they may be facing.
Local Impact: Some 2023 Impact Statistics
- 175 at-risk youth were supported by Beacon’s homelessness prevention and shelter services
- 135 people were housed via care homes, assisted living, and subsidized housing
- 118 people found work through Beacon’s employment services programs
- 365, the number of nights per year our Out of the Rain youth shelter is open for youth aged 15-25

As staff retention continues to be a focus for small businesses, Beacon is proud to provide an exciting team-building opportunity. Gather your co-workers, customers, clients, or friends and ride on a 14-person bike through the scenic streets of Victoria.

The Inaugural Beacon Pedal Tour
- When: Friday, October 25th, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. (rides depart every 30 minutes)
- Where: The Games Room at Sticky Wicket Pub, 919 Douglas Street
- Participation: First come, first served. Only 10 team spots available, up to 14 riders per team.
