Great Canadian Beer Festival

Taking place at Topaz Park on September 6th from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and September 7th from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., the Great Canadian Beer Festival is back to celebrate its 30th anniversary with a variety of exciting activities. Attendees can enjoy everything from competing on a 100-foot-long obstacle course to watching the impressive talents of a hula hoop performer. With a live DJ providing upbeat music throughout the event, the festival promises something for everyone.

Esquimalt Ribfest

Ready your bibs and bellies, Victoria—the Esquimalt Ribfest welcomes visitors and locals alike for the ultimate foodie event, centered around mouth-watering BBQ delectables and all things smoke n’ spice.

The event will also include an exceptional lineup of live music, stretched across all three epic days—including Deb Rhymer Band, Bad Medicine, Groove Diggers, JaimesonRhy, Smokestacks and many more.

OK, DOPE at The Mint

Start your weekend off with heaps of laughter at OK, DOPE’s show at The Mint!

Award-winning comedian Ivan Decker, one of Canada’s top comics, will perform live at The Mint. Known for his appearances on CBC, CTV, TBS, and Netflix, Decker made history as the first Canadian in 34 years to win a JUNO for Comedy Album of the Year in 2018. With sharp, clean humour praised by critics, he has toured internationally and recently released his special Popcorn on YouTube to great acclaim. Don’t miss this chance to see him live!

Relics: an early Pink Floyd experience

Pink Floyd were an iconic English rock band formed in London in 1965. Known for their pioneering psychedelic sound and philosophical lyrics, they emerged as leaders in the progressive rock genre.

RELICS offers a tribute to Pink Floyd’s early years, focusing on their 1967-1975 period. Highlights include classic tracks like “Astronomy Domine,” “Lucifer Sam,” “Fearless,” “Wish You Were Here,” and “Echoes” from albums such as A Saucerful of Secrets, Ummagumma, The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, and Meddle.
