Saanich Police search for suspect in random assault that occurred earlier this month

Saanich Police are seeking public assistance to identify a suspect who allegedly committed a random assault earlier this month. 

According to Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers the assault took place in the early morning hours of September 15th.

The victim was reportedly walking on Feltham Road towards the Lambrick Park area when a large silver vehicle approached them and a group of their friends. 

Police say the victim was then sprayed in the face with pepper spray from the passenger side of the vehicle. 

It is unknown if the suspect vehicle was an SUV or a truck, according to Saanich Police.
