Put those pinkies up, Victoria!
The Victoria Tea Festival Revival is set to return to the city for its 9th iteration on Saturday, October 5th—and you’re invited.
The par-tea runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and will take place inside Nootka Court, behind the Bug Zoo in downtown Victoria.
Presented by the International Tea Appreciation Society (ITAS), attendees can expect a grassroots farm-to-cup experience and community learning.
Tea enthusiasts will come together to drink teas from around the world, presented by experts in their fields.
Activities include a tea fair with tastings, tea symposium, live music, food, ceramics gallery, documentary screenings, and the World Tea Championship.
Over 20 merchant educators will be showcasing their teas, sourced from all over the world sourced directly from the farm of origin in Squamish Nation territory, Hawai’i, Japan, China, India, Taiwan, Korea and more, creating an authentic farm-to-cup experience.

Tickets to the festival are by donation, pay-what-you-can! They can be purchased online or at the door.
The festival is also a bring your own teacup (BYOTc) event—but you can also purchase a mini-mason jar on-site by donation.
