VicPD announced on Monday, September 9th that Neil Fahlman has been arrested, though they did not specify if he was apprehended in Greater Victoria or elsewhere.

VicPD are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted man they say has a history of violence.
Neil Fahlman currently has three warrants out for him on charges of intimidation of the justice system, harassing communications and criminal harassment.
VicPD says his violent past includes convictions for assault, assault with a weapon, and uttering threats.
Fahlman is believed to be in either the Greater Victoria or Okanagan area.
According to police, Fahlman is 37-years-old and stands 5’11” tall with a heavy build.
Those who see Fahlman are advised to not approach him and call 911.
