A three-car motor vehicle incident is obstructing southbound traffic on the Patricia Bay Highway, between Tanner Rd and Sayward Rd.
One lane remains open, but traffic is moving extremely slowly.
Reports suggest there was entrapment in at least one vehicle, and that the Jaws of Life were used in the incident.
Injuries are currently unknown.
