The Victoria Royals’ franchise-best 7-0 start picks up right where it left off tonight at the Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre.
After thrashing the Tri-City Americans 8-2 last night, Victoria will look for a repeat victory as they look to maintain their fantastic start to the season.

Through seven games this season, the Royals have been held under 6 goals just twice. And they scored 4 goals in both of those games – more than sufficient offense to win a hockey game.

More general hockey fans might appreciate the top talent Tri-City possesses, as Michael Rasmussen (9th overall to Detroit Red Wings) and Jussi Valimaki (16th overall to Calgary Flames) are both on the opposing team.
Rasmussen is a massive 6’6 center who has started the season with 2 goals and 2 assists in four games. Valimaki, a smooth skating defender, has contributed a goal and 3 assists in the campaign thus far.
