The board of the Downtown Victoria Business Association (DVBA) has parted ways with DVBA Executive Director Kerri Milton.
Hired by the DVBA in July of 2016, Milton oversaw numerous projects the completion of the Waddington Alley Lighting and Pop Up Art in the Square projects, the rebranding of the DVBA, and the start of the Shared Arts Space.
Search for New Executive Director Begins
While the DVBA searches for a new Executive Director, day-to-day management will be overseen by DVBA board members.
“The DVBA Board is grateful for the passion and energy that Ms. Milton brought to the role,” said DVBA Board Chair Suzanne Bradbury. “Ms. Milton was instrumental in creating and managing many new initiatives that fulfilled the DVBA mandate of promoting the vitality and vibrancy of downtown Victoria and its business community.”
