Victoria police are investigating after a 3-year old was pricked by a syringe at a business in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue on Monday afternoon.
Police said the parents noticed their child crying and found an uncapped syring when checking over the kid.
The child was taken to hospital suffering from non-life threatening injuries.
Police did not release which business the incident occurred.
