If you’re an American or dual-citizen and require clarification on a variety of topics, put a big circle on Thursday, May 3rd.

The U.S. Consulate General in Vancouver will be bringing their Pop-Up Consulate for American Citizens service back to the library (735 Broughton) from 9:30am – 2:30pm.

Passport renewal, recording citizen births abroad, notarial services, and upcoming vote registration are a few of the topics they can offer expertise on.

All services require a fee and an appointment, which can be made by emailing by May 1st.
