When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria is hosting the Big Squeeze, Victoria’s first ever lemonade stand competition, this weekend.
On Friday, Aug. 24 or Saturday, Aug. 25, teams will set up a stand at local businesses and sell their lemonade by donation.
Each business team will create their own unique lemonade recipe, whether it be blue raspberry, peach, iced coffee, or something never thought of before.
By buying lemonade, you’ll be supporting vulnerable children in your local community.
A team of children and their mentors will even come around to each business on the day of the competition to judge their citrus concoction, awarding one of two prizes: Best Tasting and Most Creative Recipe.
