Victoria fans of professional basketball are in luck!
Starting tomorrow, you can watch Canada’s only NBA basketball team, the Toronto Raptors, battle it out against the Golden State Warriors live on the big screen at SilverCity Victoria Cinema!
SilverCity is hosting the free screenings alongside 32 other Cineplex theatres across the country. A full list of participating theatres can be found online here.
Tickets to the game screenings are free but limited to two per person, per game. Tickets to the first four games of the series are available in-person at SilverCity starting Wednesday, May 29th, at 6:00 p.m.
If you’re feeling extra confident in the Great White North’s team, the BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC) is reminding Canadians that they can wager on the series’ outcome.
While this is the Raptors’ first time battling for the championship, these Canadian newcomers have been defying odds all season. Further details on the action can be found on BCLC’s website.
