As temperatures steadily reach their 20s and sunscreen becomes the order of the day, here are 5 things to do in and around Victoria on this gorgeous summer day:
Concussion is a contemporary dance theatre performance. Using elements of dance, theatre, and storytelling, Stacey Horton evokes the experience of coping with and recovering from multiple concussions.
A 45-minute discussion will follow the performance, led by clinical neuropsychology researcher Mauricio Garcia-Barrera.

Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock 2019 will be at this event thanking the generosity of BIG FONT band. Raffle tickets and donations ballots on site.

Learn the basics of making your own natural body care products right in your own home with DIY expert Ian Cromack of Starlite Soap Studio at The Green Kiss.
Participants will each make five ‘bath scoops’ – a modified “bath bomb” with added nutrients such as shea and cocoa butter. They fizz in the bathtub, add great colour and softness to the water, leave the skin feeling supple, and are fairly easy to make.

Enjoy a 5K run or walk on the main trails around Thetis Lake on a pleasant summer evening. All fitness levels and all ages are encouraged to join this fun run!
Proceeds go to the Zonta Club of Victoria to aid with its work to improve women’s lives, locally and globally – supporting education and health initiatives while saying NO to violence.
