From free music in the park to community yoga at the beach, help ease yourself back into the work week with these 5 things to do in and around Victoria today.

Music in the Park – Rutledge Park

Head down to Rutledge Park for an evening of community fun, live music, dancing, and more!

Today’s local performers are Freeze Frame, playing all the best classic 80s hits. There will also be face painting for kids and food available for purchase.

Free Yoga at Willows Beach

Come enjoy a sunny summer evening at beautiful Willows Beach with free outdoor yoga!

Everyone, regardless of skill level, is welcome to come, just make sure to bring your or mat or towel! The free yoga lesson is hosted by Ajna Yoga and Oak Bay Parks and Recreation.

Inner Harbour Summer Line-Up

Summer in Victoria always means one thing, the Inner Harbour Summer Line-Up!

Visitors of the Inner Harbour today can walk along the waterside causeway between Ship Point and the Steamship Terminal for a rotating line-up of street performers, musicians, food vendors, artisans, and First Nations artists, and more!

Esquimalt Eco Champs 

Join the Esquimalt Eco Champs for a free summer program designed to help teach children ages 3-6 how to approach their environment in a greener, more sustainable way!

Today’s interactive and educational presentation deals with the ocean, and will be lead by Coastal Naturalist Tiffany Moore at the beautiful waterside Macaulay Point.

Neon Skies and Fireflies

Time to brighten up your night with an evening full of fun creation and neon colours!

Unleash your inner artist and grab a pint as you learn to paint a scene of fireflies over a neon mountain backdrop. You can also take $10 off of your registration by using the code ILOVEPAINT.
