Comedy Night

Hosted by Morgan Cranny the 10th installment of the Comedy night returns to Darcy’s Westshore featuring comedians Henok Meresa, Dylan Williams, Rosa Graham, Max Bank-Jaffee, and Evan Mumford.

  • When: 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. 
  • Where: Darcy’s Pub Westshore, 737 Goldstream Avenue 

100 Debates on the environment 

This planned national initiative to hold non-partisan all-candidates debates on the environment in 100 ridings across Canada is happening today. 

  • When: 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. 
  • Where:  Esquimalt-Saanich-Sooke: Metchosin Community Hall, 4401 William Head Rd.
    • Victoria: First Metropolitan United Church, 932 Balmoral Rd.
    • Saanich-Gulf Islands: St. Paul’s United Church, 2410 Malaview Ave., Sidney.

Remax Rockin Allstars for Children

This event supports the Children’s hospital with donated products and services from various members of the local business community. 

  • When: 7:00 – 11:00 p.m. 
  • Where: Capital Ballroom, 858 Yates Street 

Vincabulary: Red Wine and Cheese with Charellis 

Learn everything from grapes to styles with this ongoing series that dives deeper into winemaking and pairing each month. 

  • When: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. 
  • Where: Vessel Liquor, 1609 Fort Street 

Art Battle 

Watch painters battle the time limit and also other artists as they change blank canvases into pieces of original art right before your eyes. Help vote for the winner of the night or be a participant and battle for the prize.
