Nanaimo RCMP seek public assistance to locate missing 16-year-old girl

Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s help as they work to locate a missing teenage girl.

16-year-old Trisha Harry has not been seen or heard from since 10 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8th.

Police say she walked out of her south Nanaimo home on Tuesday night and since then, repeated attempts to contact her have remained unanswered. 

Harry is described as an Indigenous girl standing approximately 5’4” tall with a medium build. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, grey pants, and light coloured shoes.
