A 70-year-old man was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after he was struck by a vehicle in Oak Bay this morning.
The incident occurred at around 6:30 a.m. in a marked crosswalk in front of the Pharmasave/TD Bank on Oak Bay Avenue Thursday morning.
Police said the man suffered a concussion and broken leg. Traffic analysts are on scene as police continue their investigation.
This is the second pedestrian struck in Oak Bay this week, according to Oak Bay Police.
