Update: Victoria Police have located Ella Terrio-Johnston safely.

Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in locating a high-risk teenage girl.

Ella Terrio-Johnston, 17, was last seen in Chinatown on February 21st. She is frequently seen downtown. She was wearing a red hat, a white shirt, a light pink sweater or jacket, black sneakers and was carrying a black bag and a black skateboard.

“While officers do not have information she is at risk of immediate harm, the circumstances of her becoming missing define her as high-risk,” VicPD said in a release. “Officers need to locate her safely, soon.”

She is described as Caucasian youth, who stands 5’ 6” tall, weighing 115 pounds. Ella has long sandy blonde hair and blue eyes.
