Oak Bay Police are seeking public assistance in their search for missing 22-year-old Jessica Peeling.
Peeling was last seen in south Oak Bay, where she normally resides, on June 26. Police say her caregiver last received a text from her on June 29.
According to a statement from Oak Bay Police, it is not uncommon for Peeling to leave for extended periods of time, and she is known to frequent downtown Victoria.
“As an adult, we fully respect her right to come and go as she pleases but we just want to ensure that she’s ok,” says Cst. Ray Bernoties.
Peeling is described as a thin woman standing 5’6″ tall and has brown hair and brown eyes.
