Oak Bay Police are investigating reports of a man who exposed himself to a teenager last month.
In a statement Monday morning, Oak Bay Police said a 15-year-old reported an indecent exposure incident on November 30.
The teen told police that around 12:35 p.m., a man drove past them on Eastdowne Rd near Neil Ave in Oak Bay.
While doing so, he exposed himself and began to masturbate while staring at the child.
The victim also reported seeing the suspect again on December 4 while he walked down Cadboro Rd near Estevan Rd.
He is described as a white man, possibly in his 30s, who is bald and has a short black beard.
At the time of the incident, he was driving a dark coloured newer model SUV.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
