On Monday, May 24th, just before 6 p.m., police responded to a report of a naked man committing an indecent act outside an apartment building in the 1000-block of Pendergast Street.

The man left the scene before officers arrived.

Multiple witnesses spoke to VicPD and told police that, from a physically safe distance, they contacted police, and recorded the man with their mobile phones.

Using the video, officers were able to identify the man by his distinctive tattoos.

Officers then began a search for the man and his vehicle.

Before 10 p.m. Monday night, VicPD were called to Beacon Hill Park for a report of a naked man performing an indecent act.
