Traffic is back-to-normal.
Saanich Police and Fire are currently on scene of a gas leak which has delayed traffic at Shelbourne Street and Stockton Crescent.
The gas leak occurred just before noon on Tuesday, July 13th when construction crews in the area clipped a supply line.

Emergency crews are currently on site, and commuters are being advised to avoid the area.
