Police are searching for a driver and a number of passenger who fled from a crash scene after a single vehicle rollover crash in Colwood.

Officers were alerted shortly after 7 p.m. Monday, September 27th, that a driver in a grey Mazda lost control in the 700 block of Kelly Road.

In a media release, West Shore RCMP said the vehicle was travelling westbound before crashing into a culvert. The impact of the crash caused the Mazda to flip in the air and ultimately hit a utility pole before landing on its roof.
