It is the season of giving!
For over 30 years, 100.3 The Q! has run their annual Help the Homeless event, providing relief through a clothing and food drive.
This year, The Q! is changing things up with a new, contactless take on their annual drive. These changes have been made to comply with provincial health guidelines due to COVID-19.
The Q!’s Feed The Need will be accepting food and cash donations to help fill the shelves at local food banks, making necessities more easily accessible to those who need it.
On Friday, December 3rd, join the Q! Morning Show as they broadcast live from the Mayfair Shopping Centre and support their Feed The Need Drive-Thru event.
From 6 a.m. to 9 a.m, non-perishable food items, cash, cheques and gift card donations will be accepted for various food banks in Victoria and Greater Victoria.
If you don’t have cash on hand, there will also be a hands free debit machine to make donations even easier!
If you can’t make it out to the contactless charity fundraiser, there are six other locations you can drop your donations off to between November 29th and December 2nd!
