The northbound lanes of the Trans Canada Highway have reopened following a single-vehicle rollover crash Wednesday afternoon.

The incident occurred after 1:30 p.m. January 25th near the View Royal and Langford border.

Emergency crews had to extract the occupant from the vehicle. Their injuries are unknown.

Photos from the scene show an extremely damaged SUV being rolled back over on its wheels.

According DriveBC, the northbound lanes between Six Mile Road and Millstream Road have been reopened, however, expect major delays due to the backed up traffic in the area.
