Sun is in the forecast for Victoria this weekend, but so is cold air.
If you’re one of those ones with Christmas lights still dangling from the roof, now could be your time to get outside and remove them, just make sure to dress nice and warm.
According to Environment Canada’s latest weather update, as the week progresses, Victoria is slated to see steady sunshine beginning Friday.
While the vitamin D is much needed, it could feel as cold as -4°C on Saturday and -5°C on Sunday.
But let’s not get too far ahead of ourselves yet—for the next couple of days, the region is expected to see scattered rain and clouds with temperatures hovering just above 5°C during the day.
It might be best to keep those rain boots handy, but maybe also break out the sunglasses, too.
