

West Shore RCMP are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man accused of assaulting a BC Transit driver in April.
According to police, a verbal altercation escalated on Friday, April 21st at around 2:44 p.m., and ended with an assault on a BC Transit bus driver.
This occurred at the 850 block of Station Avenue and police are still in search of the suspect.
The suspect is described as follows:
- Caucasian male
- Youth between 13-18 years old
- Approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall
- Brown medium-length wavy/curly hair
- Wearing a brown and black two-tone jacket, grey backpack, and carrying a skateboard

“Public transportation should be a safe experience for both passengers and drivers. Investigators are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying this suspect,” said Constable Andrew Matheson, West Shore RCMP Media Relations Officer.
