Expect major delays heading into downtown Victoria Friday morning as fire crews deal with the aftermath of a structure fire at on Douglas Street.
At around 3:15 a.m., fire crews were called to a blaze at the Ricky’s All Day Grill restaurant located at the corner of Douglas and Burnside Road.
Video from the fire show the building completely engulfed before fire crews arrived.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
VicPD ask morning commuters to use an alternate route if possible.
