Lab Yoga Festival invites you to join their first ever all-day yoga event on the grounds of Bilston Creek Lavender Farm in Metchosin on Saturday, July 29th.
“[I’m] excited to share this special day,” Studio Director Kamila Nowak told Victoria Buzz.
“I have always dreamed of hosting an event like this for us islanders, who all share such a special common bond of connecting to nature, and our inner beings with wellness practices.”
Nowak has shared that in addition to professionally lead sessions, there will also be a mix of other entertainment and local businesses on site with a variety of food selections, prizes, and vendors!
Entertainment will include things like henna, live acoustic music, lawn games, nature and waterfall hike/swim, and massage.
“A fantastic opportunity to connect this greater community,” Nowak said.
