VicPD are asking for your assistance as they work to locate high-risk missing man.
55-year-old Francis “Frank” Mayers was last seen riding a bike in the downtown Victoria area.
Mayers is described as a Caucasian man standing 5’ 9” tall with a medium build and shoulder-length blonde hair.
He was last seen wearing red shorts and a blue T-shirt.
Mayers was reported missing late Sunday afternoon after making comments which caused those who care for him to be concerned for his well-being.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
It is those circumstances which designate his being missing as high-risk. Officers are working to locate him to ensure he is safe.
