Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a 45-year-old woman who went missing late last week.

Devon Marrello was last seen on Friday, August 11th, when she discharged herself from the Nanaimo Hospital. Because of the circumstances of her self-discharge, police say there is a “significant concern for her safety and well-being.”

According to Nanaimo RCMP, Marrello is a Caucasian woman, standing 5’10” tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt, dark pants and sandals.

Police say they have been conducting extensive patrols in Nanaimo and around the Oceanside region, where she is from.

Thus far they have had no success.

Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Devon Marrello should call Nanaimo RCMP at (250) 754-2345.
