VicPD have issued a missing person alert for a 37-year-old woman who requires immediate medical treatment.
According to police, the circumstances under which Jess Armstrong has gone missing is considered high-risk and believe she may be at significant risk of harm.
Armstrong lives with a medical condition that requires immediate treatment.

Armstrong was last seen driving a blue 2006 Audi four-door station wagon with BC plate SV189A and may be in the Goldstream Park area.
She is described as a Caucasian woman, standing 5″6″ tall with a medium build and light brown hair and was last seen wearing a black dress.
If you see her, call 911.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call police.
