VicPD are seeking the public’s help in locating 41-year-old Matthew Day, who was last seen on August 4th.
Police have classified his disappearance as high-risk due to the unusual circumstances surrounding him going missing.
Day is described as a Caucasian male, Matthew Day stands at 5’8″ tall with a medium build and short blonde hair.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
According to a press release issued by VicPD, Day has not been in contact with his family since his disappearance which they say is unusual for him.
While there is no immediate information indicating that Day is in imminent danger, his lack of communication and the nature of his disappearance have raised concerns.
“Being missing is not a criminal offense,” stressed a VicPD spokesperson. “Our primary concern is Matthew’s safety and well-being. We are working diligently to locate him and ensure his welfare.”
