VicPD have released a photo of a person they’re calling a suspect after a ‘suspicious incident’ was reported at a craft fair earlier this month.
On Saturday, December 9th, at around 11 a.m., officers received reports of an incident at Artisan’s Market in St. Matthias Church Hall, located in the 600-block of Richmond Avenue.
After the incident, police said the suspect fled and was last seen travelling southbound towards Fairfield Road on a black bicycle.
He’s described as a Caucasian man in his late 20’s. He was wearing a surgical mask, black bicycle helmet, black jacket with white patches on the elbows, and dark jeans.
