Happy Monday, Victoria!

Now that the snow is (mostly) gone, life has somewhat resumed and it’s even more possible to take advantage of the happenings around the city.

To start your week off right, enjoy a relaxed evening cheering on local artists at an open mic night, have a wander through the tranquility of Victoria’s Butterfly Gardens, and more.

If you’re feeling something a little more high-energy, 90s Night at Lucky Bar is always a hit, as is Music Bingo at Maude Hunter’s Pub.

Here’s 5 things to do in and around Victoria this Monday, January 22nd:

Open Mic Night at Gigi’s Cafe

If you’re ready to show your talent to an encouraging and enthusiastic audience, Gigi’s may just be the place for you!

They offer acoustic open mic nights on Mondays and would love to have you—bring your own instrument or borrow their acoustic guitar or keyboard.

Prepare two to three songs and present your skills!

This event is free to attend.
