There’s a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles themed Victoria Royals game this Friday

Share

Hockey and Ninja Turtle fans unite!

On Friday, February 23rd the Victoria Royals will be facing off against the Portland Winterhawks at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre and they’re bringing the ultimate team into the mix.

Out of the sewer and into the rink, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) will be the inspiration for the evening’s activities!

On top of an enthralling game of hockey, there will be TMNT themed music and visuals, a face painter ready to transform the kidlets into their turtle of choice, and a prize for the best-dressed!

So bring your best Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael or Michelangelo for the chance to win. Or perhaps you prefer rocking a classic Splinter or April O’Neil aesthetic.

The Royals will even be unveiling special custom jerseys to commemorate the evening that they’ll later auction to benefit the Children’s Miracle Network.

There will be a Dominos Pizza pop-up stand in honour of the turtles’ go-to food, and ReMax Victoria will be handing out 1,000 mini hockey sticks for the first fans to arrive.

Tickets can be purchased for as low as $8.50! If you can’t make Friday’s game, the Royals will also be taking to the ice the following night at 6:05 p.m. on Saturday, February 24th,

Booyakasha and we’ll see you there!
