Share

You’re going to want to take the fam out to THIS ballgame!

Following an 8-7 win against the Wenatchee AppleSox last night, the Victoria HarbourCats officially solidified their spot in the WCL Finals, also clinching the North Division Championship Series.

Victoria will be playing their very last home game (and the first in the best-of-three series) tonight, Friday, August 16th at Royal Athletic Park at 6:35 p.m. before heading to Corvallis for the other two games – grab your tickets here, ’cause you’re not going to miss out on this one!

The HarbourCats will face the Corvallis Knights in the Finals after a record-breaking 2019 season – this will also be the second time in three years that the West Coast League Finals will come to Vancouver Island.

In keeping with the same theme, this was a year where the HarbourCats shattered nine WCL all-time records, set three new franchise marks, and clinched the First and Second Half pennant for the first time – in one season!

On the tails of all of this, Victoria will also get the chance to set another franchise record before the summer comes to a close – winning the league championship.

Head on down to Royal Atheltic Park tonight to join the buzz as the HarbourCats could make history!
