The largest Lotto Max prize in history has been held over for this Friday after no winner was drawn on Tuesday night.
A total of $120 million in prizes is up for grabs during tomorrow night’s draw. This includes a grand prize of $70 million and an estimated 50 $1 million “Maxmillions” prize draws.
On Tuesday, an estimated $117 million in prize money was up for grabs. This broke a previous Lotto Max record of $116 million set on October 26th, 2018.
The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 33,294,800. For comparison, the American Centre for Disease Control says you have a 1 in 500,000 chance of getting struck by lightning.
Friday’s draw takes place at 7:30 p.m. PST. Tickets cost $5.
